About the Position

Responsible for directing all aspects of organizational marketing relationships including managing the members of the marketing/sales team, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns, and brokering service contracts with facility partners.

Job Duties

  • Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans for Goodwin Living Health, which includes Hospice, Home Health, Goodwin Rehabilitation (outpatient), Home Care, Goodwin Living at Home, Brain Health, and any additional opportunities and services built into Goodwin Living Health. 
  • Directs all daily marketing operations including providing direct oversight of the establishment, implementation and success of marketing/sales initiatives.
  • Expands the profile and reach of the Goodwin Living Health brand.
  • Ensures sales and marketing teams are implementing systems and processes designed to measure performance and growth and meet established goals.
  • Identifies sponsorship opportunities and assists with coordination of these events
  • Conducts webinars, presentations and hosts events to raise brand awareness or product profile.
  • Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources.
  • Recruits, selects, orients, and directly manages members of the Goodwin Living Health marketing/sales team.
  • Builds and monitors community, customer, and patient perceptions of Goodwin Living Health as a high-quality provider of home and community-based services.
  • Provides leadership in strategic planning to identify and develop opportunities for new or enhanced services that effectively address customer needs.
  • Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of Goodwin Living markets including key referral sources and competitor’s market positioning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least three (3) years' experience in healthcare marketing and sales, preferably in Home-based care operations. 
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other digital platforms to enhance documentation accuracy, data analysis, and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
  • Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
  • Knowledge of corporate business management.
  • Demonstrates excellent communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
  • Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and performance
